Ficus radicans is a fast-growing, tropical plant with papery leaves that are marked with white. It's also known as the variegated creeping fig.
Growing conditions
Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight or partial shade
Temperature: Prefers temperatures of 20°C and above
Humidity: Prefers humidity of 60% or more
Soil: Prefers moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil
Watering: Water daily, or when the soil is completely dry
Fertilizer: Use a general purpose fertilizer every 15 days
Location: Avoid frequent changes in location, as this can cause the plant to drop leaves
Uses
Can be grown as a houseplant or in a terrarium
Can be used in hanging baskets and vivaria
Care
Overwatering and underwatering can both be detrimental to the plant
Leaves that fold easily may indicate overwatering, while crinkly leaves may indicate underwatering
Acclimated plants can tolerate direct sun, but too much direct light can scald the leaves
