We take utmost care in packaging. Plants are shipped with protective wrapping and secure boxes to ensure they reach you in healthy condition.

🌿 Plants: Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are offered only if you provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing damage or incorrect delivery.
🌿 Accessories: Returns are accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

We ship through DTDC, Blue Dart, or other reliable courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Please share a clear, uncut unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. If verified, we will arrange a refund or replacement as per our policy.
