Watering an arrowroot depends on humidity and weather of the location but generally wants a consistenly moist soil.

Must be in bright location, but the arrowroot does not tolerate direct sunlight.
Propagation
Propagation is possible by dividing the root ball and by head cuttings. For propagation through head cuttings, cut off a four-leaf cuttings and place them in a small pot.
The substrate for cultivation is a mixture of peat and sand. If the soil is kept evenly moist and warm, the roots sprout after about four to six weeks.
