1. Light
Bright, Indirect Light is Best: 'Fuji Red' and other colorful Aglaonema varieties thrive in bright, indirect light. This is crucial for maintaining the plant's vivid coloration.
Avoid Direct Sun: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially the intense afternoon sun, can scorch the leaves and cause them to turn brown.
Can Tolerate Low Light: While it can adapt to lower light conditions, a lack of adequate light may cause the colors to fade and the plant's growth to slow down. If you notice the red hues diminishing, try moving the plant to a brighter location.
2. Watering
Water when the topsoil is dry: A good rule of thumb is to water your plant when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch.
