For all plants, but especially for Alocasia houseplants, light is essential. These houseplants just need six hours a day of bright indirect light to stay healthy. Alocasia prefers a medium level of moisture, thus they don't mind if things don't dry out totally but they also don't want to stand in water. Let the soil dry out until 3/4 of it is completely dry. T
