• Light Place the plant near a window that faces east or north to provide bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. If your space doesn't have enough light, you can use a grow light for houseplants.
• Water Water the plant consistently, allowing the top inch or two of soil to dry out before watering again. Overwatering can cause root rot, so make sure the pot has proper drainage. You can use a water level indicator to monitor the plant's water needs.
• Soil Use a well-draining, airy potting mix that contains peat moss, perlite, orchid bark, or coconut coir. Avoid heavy or compacted soils.
• Temperature Keep the plant at a room temperature of 18–30°C.
• Fertilizer Fertilize regularly during the growing months (March–October) with a special anthurium fertilizer.
• Repotting Repot the plant every one to two years, or earlier if the roots are growing out of the drainage holes.
