The 'Beetle Piper Variegated' plant, formally known as Piper betle 'Variegata' or Variegated Betel Leaf, is a beautiful climbing vine. Its care is similar to the standard Betel plant, but the variegation requires slightly more light to maintain its color.1
Here is a care guide Beetil Piper Variegated :

Care Requirement
Light
Bright, indirect light is best. The variegated leaves need more light than the non-variegated variety to keep their distinct color pattern.
Avoid direct, harsh afternoon sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. Too little light can cause the variegation to fade and the plant to become leggy.
Watering
Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy (waterlogged).
Water when the top 1 inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Ensure the pot has excellent drainage to prevent root rot.
Humidity
This is a tropical plant and loves high humidity (ideally 40-60% or more).
Increase humidity by misting regularly, using a pebble tray with water, or placing it near a humidifier, especially in dry indoor environments.
Soil
Use a well-draining, fertile potting mix rich in organic matter. A mix of potting soil, compost, and perlite or coco coir works well.
Support
It is a climber, so provide a moss pole or trellis for it to climb. This can encourage the development of larger, more beautiful leaves.
Fertilizer
Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer once every 3-4 weeks during the active growing season (spring and summer).
Reduce or stop feeding during the fall and winter dormant period.
Pruning
Prune regularly to encourage bushier growth and maintain a desired shape. Pinching the tips can help prevent the plant from becoming too leggy.
Pests
Watch out for common houseplant pests like spider mites, aphids, and mealybugs. Treat immediately with insecticidal soap or neem oil if pests are detected.
